Drawbridge Leaders, Inc., was started in 1998 with the aim of offering software and systems that utilize technology, but do not require a skilled staff needing to be involved in the I.T. trenches. This led to periods of being involved in selling great software systems and services, and in some cases, developing systems, that epitomized the idea of bridging the gap between available technologies & common usage. Each of them was resource intensive and each in turn resulted in unacceptable R.O.I.s that proved them not worth pursuing in the long term.
It the end of 2008, a decision was made to concentrate solely on one product that meets the original criterion of bridging the gap as well as the added one of achieving sustainability without needing inordinate resource levels. This product, the Money Merge Account® from United First Financial has a proven track record of providing benefits in people’s day-to-day lives, using complicated technology. A full support infrastructure is provided by UFirst™ so that Drawbridge Leaders can direct its resources to building the business and not get mired in the resource intensive aspects of software implementation and support.
In early 2009, UFirst announced the release a new product, BizPack, which is based on the toolset that had been produced for use by UFirst agents. This product meets the company’s criteria and will therefore be offered by Drawbridge Leaders.
While support will be provided by UFirst, Drawbridge Leaders does not withdraw and keeps an open-door policy to clients with any issues that need to be addressed.
